These terms govern charters operated by NATULABO PTE. LTD. (“ONE LOTUS”, “we”, “us”) aboard our vessel departing from ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of your entire party.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, payable within 48 hours of confirmation. The balance is due 7 days before the charter date, so your charter day is completely payment-free. Bookings made within 7 days of the charter date are confirmed with full payment. All prices are in Singapore Dollars with no hidden fees.
If the balance has not been received 5 days before the charter date after a reminder, we may release the booking; the deposit will then be treated under the cancellation policy below.
If our captain judges conditions unsafe, the charter will be rescheduled free of charge within 90 days. Deposits are fully protected in weather cancellations. Light rain alone does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
In the rare event that we must cancel for reasons on our side (such as mechanical issues), you may choose between a full refund of all amounts paid or a priority rescheduled date — your choice.
The maximum capacity is 33 guests; every person counts toward capacity regardless of age, in accordance with local regulations. Pets are welcome with a S$50 fee per pet covering additional cleaning and allergy care — please enquire before booking.
The captain's decisions regarding safety, route, anchorage and weather are final. We reserve the right to restrict activities or decline carriage to any guest whose conduct endangers themselves, others or the vessel, including excessive intoxication, without refund. Guests will be asked to sign a participation acknowledgement at boarding.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ONE LOTUS is not liable for loss or injury arising from the inherent risks of boating and water activities, except where caused by negligence for which liability cannot be excluded. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage to the vessel caused by members of their party beyond fair wear and tear.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
